We are located at Level 1, 30 Argyle Street (just above Pigeon Whole Bakery).
Some say we are a little hidden, but if you look next to the left hand side of the bakery, (while facing it), there’s a door with our name on it!
Unfortunately we cannot fit more than 10 people into a blending class so we can’t squeeze another person in.
Your booking is fully refundable up to 48 hours before the class. Within 48 hours the booking is non-refundable as it is unlikely we will fill your spot at such short notice.
Absolutely! We don’t need any notification of this. Just send them along and we will give them your spot.
Please check your junk mail first. They often get routed there depending on your service provider. If they’re not there please email us and we will sort this out for you.
In certain circumstances we can arrange a blending session outside normal operating times. No promises, but please email us to start the conversation.
Children are welcome before 8pm, however the bar is not well catered for them. Regretfully we do not have high chairs or changing facilities.
Unfortunately, currently we cannot offer gift vouchers for the bar.
During normal service Gin (bar) can accommodate up to 30 people. For private functions we can accommodate up to 50 people standing.
Of course, we’re a fully stocked bar with a variety of spirits, wines and beers to select from, we just happen to really love gin! Come in and enjoy our hospitality!

Our team follow Tasmanian COVID-Safe regulations. We do not accept cash and you will be required to check in on arrival. If you are showing signs of COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home.
The Gin(bar) opens at 6pm Thursday – Saturday. We close at midnight.
These hours do change occasionally depending on the season or COVID-19 regulations, but we do update our website regularly if there are any changes.
